This document (together with any documents referred to in it) tells you the terms and conditions (the 'Conditions') upon which we will sell the Goods and supply the Services to you. You may print a copy for future reference.
Business Day: a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday when banks in London are open for business.
'Event Outside Our Control' has the meaning given in clause 17.

'Services' means the services listed on the Website which we may supply.
Before confirming your order please read through these Conditions and in particular our cancellations and returns policy at clause 13 and limitation of our liability and your indemnity at clause 15.
By ordering any of the Goods or Services or Goods and Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Conditions. You will be unable to proceed with your transaction if you do not accept these terms and conditions.

We may accept orders from individuals located outside the United Kingdom and ship overseas
subject to you paying any additional shipping or postage costs.
We will inform you of any additional shipping or postage costs as soon as possible after you have placed the order. If you do not wish to pay these costs you may cancel your order. If you wish to continue with the order you must confirm to us that you will pay these additional costs within 7 days of us telling you what they will be. If we do not receive this confirmation from you within this time period, we will treat you as having cancelled your order.
To be eligible to purchase the Goods and Services and lawfully enter into and form a contract with us, you must be 18 years of age or over.
Any content purchased via AirlinePrep "The App" is on a rental only basis and is offered as a subscription licence for a specific period of time. Your access to the subscribed content is valid until the expiry date of each subscribed module. At the end of the subscription period of a given module you have the option of renewing your subscription for an additional fee if you wish.
Your subscribed modules are available to use on up to 2 devices owned by you.
We take security of data very seriously. We use PayPal and Stripe.com as our preferred payment providers. We do not share your personal information with anyone outside of AirlinePrep. We use industry standard encryption methods such as SSL-based encryption to secure the data trasmitted between 'The App' and our servers. Certain modules within 'The App', such as the interview question bank, offer you the option of entering information to store against those items. Any information that you enter into 'The App' may be stored on our servers purely to synchronise it across your licenced devices.
All information presented within 'The App' is owned by and copyright AirlinePrep, or organisations with whom we have a relationship and/or agreement, and cannot be copied, reproduced or distributed without express permission from us.
Please remember that all information contained within 'The App' is provided to you in good faith. AirlinePrep cannot accept responsibilty for failure (or otherwise) of a recruitment process based on the content of "The App' or any of our course or training products. Utilise 'The App' in conjunction with other study methods, research and hard work.
Airlines can, and do, change their recruitment methods from time to time, so information provided within 'The App' should be used as guidance only and not as a guarantee that the mentioned processes / assessments will be the same as the ones you will be subjected to in any airline assessment.
Once a subscription has been purchased by you, the content of that subscription is considered as delivered to you. Refunds of subscription fees are not possible.
The prices of the Goods and Services are quoted on the website, and detailed within the invoice we will send you.
Recruitment campaigns that are run by AirlinePrep will always be in association with a training provider, airline or an external agency. Your contract and all details contained within will always be an agreement between yourself and the airline, training provider or agency in question
Should you be unsuccessful at a recruitment campaign that AirlinePrep Ltd is involved in, we will not normally enter into discussion as to the reasons why
If you are successful at a recruitment campaign, your application will be progressed by our partner airline, training provider or agency. They will progress your application accordingly
Any offer of employment, or employment contract will always be a contract between yourself and the airline, training provider or agency in question and not with AirlinePrep Ltd
AirlinePrep Ltd will always endeavour to provide accurate information with respect to potential job opportunities or recruitment campaigns. However, all contract information should be checked thoroughly and decisions made based on final contractual information provided by your airline, training provider or agency
You will not have a right to cancel in the following situations:

Liability and indemnity
We reserve the right to terminate the Contract by writing to you if you fail to make any payment to us when due and you still do not make payment within 14 days of us reminding you that payment is due.
Events outside our control
Except for our obligations under this clause, we shall not be responsible for delays or failures in delivery or performance of our obligations to you resulting from any act, event, omission, failure or accident outside our reasonable control ('Event Outside Our Control').
Except for our affiliates, directors, employees or representatives, a person who is not a party to the Contract has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of the Contract but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available apart from that Act.
