The Course

Your course will run from approximately 0900 until 1630. We hold the majority of our Pilot Interview Preparation courses at The Beehive near London Gatwick, although if there are a number of your colleagues looking to prepare together, we can run this course at a location more convenient to you.  Please contact us to discuss this option. Our team will have already reviewed your client questionnaire helping us to tailor the day specifically to your individual needs.

In the morning, after a short introduction over coffee, you will partake in a range of group exercises as well as an interview workshop with one of our Airline Recruitment Pilots. You will also have the opportunity to practice numerical, verbal and technical reasoning assessments.  After lunch, we will present a number of extremely useful training seminars so that you are equipped with the skills to succeed in your forthcoming Airline assessments. Group exercise, interview, numerical, pilot skills and the transition to commercial aviation will be covered in depth, so that you feel confident in all of these areas. There will be many opportunities throughout the course to ask any questions and our instructors will be on hand to provide additional support if required.

Before the course you will receive a short questionnaire to complete. Please ensure this is filled in at least 48 hours beforehand - this will help us tailor the day to your specific needs. Although the day is relatively informal compared to your forthcoming selection process, we ask that you dress in smart casual attire.

This course can be purchased as a discounted package to include a personalised and bespoke CV and Cover Letter, created by our in-house recruitment experts.

If you would like to complete this training alongside our advanced Flight Deck Management Skills course then this can also be arranged.  Full pricing options can be found on our pricing page.
